Oopsy! Sophia (later Catherine) just got pneumonia, and Elizabeth still is in another palace! While no doctors are here (yet), Elizabeth makes sure Sophia has enough healthy food to eat. Unfortunately, the deliverer mixed up Elizabeth's delivery with a wine delivery. Make sure Sophia doesn't drink too much, or pneumonia will win this round!

Nice! pretty decent.
Personally, I'd prefer the background to be a bit more brighter(maybe a brighter green?). The current background looks a bit dull.
Also, the game remains paused if you pause the game go to the main menu and click play. It doesn't affect the game in any way since you can just hit pause and un-pause again. However, I just thought I'd let you know.

The Sophia series are one of my favorite ones from Extra History. I really enjoyed playing a game user her as the theme :).

Hey there, pretty decent game.
If I had to make any suggestions, it would be to change the background music though - possibly to something Russian for flavor points - since the short duration makes it distracts from the game play. I'd also add some more variety to the healthy food, but I'm nitpicking at this point.
Again, this is really good though, you should be proud.
